The ffmpeg
platform allows you to use any video feed as a camera in Home Assistant via FFmpeg
Configuration
To enable your FFmpeg feed in your installation you must first configure the FFmpeg integration, then add the following to your configuration.yaml
The configuration.yaml file is the main configuration file for Home Assistant. It lists the integrations to be loaded and their specific configurations. In some cases, the configuration needs to be edited manually directly in the configuration.yaml file. Most integrations can be configured in the UI. [Learn more] file:

Image quality
You can control the image quality with extra_arguments
-q:v 2-32
or with lossless option -pred 1
. Default is lossless.
