The my-PV integrationIntegrations connect and integrate Home Assistant with your devices, services, and more. [Learn more] is used to integrate with the devices of my-PV. my-PV produces functional and innovative solutions for housing technology powered by solar electricity.

Supported devices

The following devices are supported by this integration:

  • AC ELWA 2
  • AC•THOR range
  • HEA•THOR IoT
  • SOL•THOR

Unsupported devices

The following devices are not supported by the integration:

  • AC ELWA-E
  • ELWA immersion heater
  • WiFi Meter

Prerequisites

Older firmware versions of my-PV devices may not require authentication. If your device requires authentication and no custom password has been configured, use the device key instead. You can find the device key in the ⓘ info menu of your my-PV device. For the HEA•THOR IoT, the device key is printed on the device label.

You can update the password through the web interface of your my-PV device.

Configuration

To add the my-PV device to your Home Assistant instance, use this My button:

my-PV can be auto-discovered by Home Assistant. If an instance was found, it will be shown as Discovered. You can then set it up right away.

Manual configuration steps

If it wasn’t discovered automatically, don’t worry! You can set up a manual integration entry:

Login to my-PV

Host

The IP address of your my-PV device. You can find it in your router or in the device’s web interface.

Password

Password or device key of your my-PV device.

Data updates

The my-PV integration pollsData polling is the process of querying a device or service at regular intervals to check for updates or retrieve data. By defining a custom polling interval, you can control how frequently your system checks for new data, which can help optimize performance and reduce unnecessary network traffic. Removing the integration

This integration follows standard integration removal. No extra steps are required.

To remove an integration instance from Home Assistant

  1. Go to Settings > Devices & services and select the integration card.
  2. From the list of devices, select the integration instance you want to remove.
  3. Next to the entry, select the three dots menu. Then, select Delete.
